Oolacile and JPhelpz Plan to Murk Atlanta on 3.15.18 [Concert Announcement]

Ladies and gentlemen, the time has come! Ravers and headbangers from the east Coast will certainly find this special Dubstep showdown to be one of the grimiest shows of the spring season. Let’s cut to the chase folks, we’ve got the dark, and mysterious California forces of Oolacile invading Atlanta on Thursday March 15th at the infamous Masquerade. Not to mention the we have the St. Louis based powerhouse, the one and only Biggup King, JPhelpz. This special event was put together by the creative forces behind Create., Tripi Bandits and the Native Groove. When you’ve got a big team working together on a show, one can absolutely expect a quality evening.

It’s been nearly three months since I caught the Firepower Records producer slay his North Carolina debut (Click here to read the Review). He came through with British labelmate, Chime, who also smashed his performance to pieces. I even had the opportunity to catch his incredible performance at Excision’s Lost Lands festival, where he impressed a crowd of thousands, where many fans were actually experiencing their first JPhelpz set. So one can only imagine what he has in store for Atlanta. JPhelpz has recently out forth a new project known as the Murk Em EP which features and array of heavy singles that will soon melt your face off at The Masquerade this Thursday! I wonder what kind of tunes we can expect for his impactful, imminent performance.

Oolacile is by far one of the most creative producers to come from the West Coast. His name draws its origins from a dark and morbid video game, that practically reflects his technological and devious sound. From creating soundbending tunes on his Humanity EP to heavy hitters that make you question all aspects of reality on his Dark Sign EP, Oolacile always make sure his fans will have different styles of Bass Music to rock out to. This man holds a very special place in my heart because of the memories that I’ve created with other fans of his music, like meeting my Jersey Riddim Dutchess at a festival up north. Come experience this incredible night with the release headbangers on the East Coast. You might just meet your Riddim Girl folks.

Let’s not forget the huge roster of talented opening artists either! I don’t get to go to Atlanta as often as I like, so it will be nice to see some of these guys perform for the very first time. We’ve got the heavy likes of Zubah, and Clerks who have a huge arsenal of self-made Riddims that will have you begging for more. There will also be a special back to back performance between ATL based duo Perma-Trip and Anodic a fellow member of the Rogues crew. Last but not least, we’ve got the one and only Optimal Grime making a special appearance for the evening. Make sure you RSVP Here to let your friends know about this Thursday’s moves. You can also save some money at the door and Cop Your Tickets Here Today!
